摘要
介绍了风险识别的方法,对风险进行分析与评估,并从风险回避、风险自留、风险控制和风险转移四个方面探讨了风险的应对策略,从而妥善处理风险事件造成的不利后果,以合理的成本保证项目总体目标的实现。
Risk identification method is introduced. Based upon analysis and assessment of risk, from four aspects： risk evasion, risk retaining, risk control and risk transfer strategies are discussion for risk management in order to well deal with the unfavorable impact caused by risk and ensure the realization of project objective.
