Dynamic Speckle Method for Studying the Drying Process of Magnetic Fluid Film

摘要 提出了一种利用动态散斑研究磁流体薄膜(MFF)干燥过程的方法。首先,利用动态散斑理论,模拟了MFF干燥过程中散斑图随时间的演化;然后,采用时间序列散斑图(THSP)及其灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)方法,对MFF干燥过程中磁微粒的运动统计性质进行了定性分析和定量研究。研究表明,模拟结果与实验结果吻合得较好,说明动态散斑方法是一种分析MFF干燥过程的有效手段。 An innovative method of dynamic speckle is proposed to investigate the drying process of magnetic fluid film (MFF). The evolution of speckle patterns depending on time is simulated in the drying process of MFF using dynamic speckle theory. Then,with time history speckle pattern(THSP) and its gray level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM) methods, the statistical properties of magnetic particles in MFF are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The investigation shows that the experimental results agrees well with the theoretical simulation. So,the dynamic speckle method is effective to study the drying process of MFF.
