摘要
为了解决海上恶劣环境下过程参数实时检测的困难,对海上桶基采油平台沉贯过程监测系统进行了研究。提出了主动利用潮汐、浪涌信息对沉深数据进行滤波处理的方法和单一桶桩的沉深和平台倾角信息计算其他多桩沉深的方法。直接利用浪涌检测信息,提高了沉深监测精度和实时性;采用一桶沉深与倾角数据计算多桶沉深的方法,节省了测深传感器,简化系统结构,降低系统成本。实验证明,该系统具有响应速度快,检测精度高,实时性强等特点。
For the sake of solving the problem of real time process data inspection under disgusting sea weather, the process inspection system of the multi-stake platform is researched. The method for filtering the sinking data by sea wave and surge directly and for calculating the sinking depth of the other stakes by coupling the information of obhquity between the platform and a single stake is put forward. Experimental results show that the system has the advantage of prompt response, high detecting precision and better real time application. With this technology the system instruction is simplified and its cost is reduced. The experiment certifies that the system possesses the features of prompt response, high detecting precision and better real time application.
