本文较详尽地介绍了茶多酚的组成、性质,国内外现有茶多酚的提取方法和近期研究进展及其在食品、医药、保健等方面的应用。
This article gives a review of the methods of extraction of Tea-polyphenols and the compostion of TP and evaluation on these methods and the application on Food、Medicament、health, Which would be beneficial to exploitation and application of TP and Comprehensive Utilization of tea.
