摘要
介绍了新型水介质旋流器的特点、大锥角单锥段水介质旋流器与改进型锥段结构新型水介质旋流器分选粗煤泥对比试验结果和新型水介质旋流器用于兴无选煤厂粗煤泥分选的工业实践。对新型水介旋流器的分选下限、调整灵活性、分选效果进行了工业测评,测评结果表明,新型水介质旋流器分选〉0.5mm粒级的不完善度I=0.16,分选0.25-0.5mm粒级不完善度I=0.18,分选〉0.25mm粒级数量效率94%,分选下限可达0.125mm。上述工业测评结果表明,新型水介质旋流器是一种高效的粗煤泥分选设备。
The paper describes the performance of novel water-only cyclone and results from test conducted on single conic section water-only cyclone with larger conic angle and new type of water-only cyclone with newly improved conic section structure for treating coarse coal slime.It also illustrates commercial practice in application of the cyclone for treating coarse coal slime in Xingwu Coal Preparation Plant.Evaluation has been done on the new water-only cyclone with respect to lower size limit of separation and separation performance.It is shown from the evaluation that with the novel water-only cyclone in separation of >0.5mm and 0.25-0.5mm size fraction,imperfection I = 0.16 and 0.18 respectively.As for >0.25mm size fraction,organic efficiency is 94%.The cyclone can treat coal with lower size limit down to 0.125mm.The above stated commercial evaluation results indicate that the novel water only cyclone is a device which has a higher performance in treating coarse coal slime.
