摘要
以高钢级管线钢X80为研究对象,按照GB 2038—91标准,对不同厚度三点弯试样进行了断裂韧性研究。结果表明,X80管线钢断裂韧性阻力曲线和JC值均与试样厚度呈复杂的相关性。本研究结果对于高钢级材料的韧性评价,以及结构安全可靠设计具有重要的实际意义。
X80 pipeline steel is employed to study the thickness effect on fracture toughness. Three point bending method is taken to perform the experiment for X80 steel with different thickness. GB 2038-91 standard is employed to conduct the fracture toughness test. The results show that there is a complex relationship between Jc and the thickness, as well as the correlation between fracture toughness resistant curve and the thickness is complex as well. The corresponding achievement is beneficial to fracture toughness assessment and safety evaluation for high strength pipeline.
