摘要
目的了解门诊孕妇对家庭自我监护知识的认识及健康教育需求。方法采用自行设计问卷调查360例门诊孕妇对家庭自我监护知识的认识和健康教育的需求。结果52%的孕妇了解孕期的基本常识,12%的孕妇知道应急处理,9%孕妇在家监护胎儿。结论门诊孕妇家庭自我监护意识薄弱,为了提高母婴安全,必须让孕妇认识家庭自我监护的重要性,产科医务人员应加强对门诊孕妇孕期自我保健的宣教。
objective Finding out the situation of the understanding about family self - guarding knowledge and the requirement of the health education among pregnant woman in clinic. Methods Adopting the questionnaire designed by oureself and Investigating 360 pregnant women in clinic about the understanding of family self - guards knowledge and requirement of the health education. Results 52 pregnant women understand the basic general knowledge of the gestation period. 12 pregnant women know how to deal with the emergency. 9 pregnant women guard their embryoes in home. Conclusions self - guardianship consciousness is weaker. Obstetrics workers should strengthen the education on self - guarding knowledge to the pregnant woman in clinic.
