摘要
应急保障旅卫生营野野外驻训存在训练强度大、训练门类多、协调任务重、生活条件艰苦;存在与信息化要求、实战化要求、一专多能要求、自身保障要求还有较大差距等问题。笔者从统筹安排、做好准备,贴近实战、搞好训练,注重培训、一专多能,精心谋划自身保障等方面探讨了如何做好卫生营驻训。
There are still many problems in the station training of the emergency guarantee brigade health battalion, which are characterized by great intensity, various category, heavy tasks and hard living condition. Meanwhile, there is a still a large gap between the new requirement of information, real combat, multiple skill and present training. The author tried to find out solutions to these problems from such aspects as overall arrangement, adequate preparation, being close to real combat, proper training, multiple skill and so on.
