摘要
通过有限元分析软件,结合实际生产积累的经验,模拟辊系受力状态,对目前的在线辊系的疲劳现象进行理论分析,并对辊系的参数进行优化。
Through the use of FEM software, this paper combined with the practical experience, simulates the roller stress condition, carries on the theoretical analysis to the present online roller department fatigue phenomenon, and carries on the optimization to the roller department parameter.
