摘要
目的观察Vitapex用于根管治疗一次法的近期疗效。方法选择需行根管治疗术的患牙324颗,随机分为两组,试验组用一次法,对照组用传统法,观察两组牙术后1周内疼痛发生情况及术后3、6个月疗效。结果试验组与对照组1周内术后反应情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3、6个月复查疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Vitapex用于根管治疗一次法疗效可靠,能大大缩短疗程,减少病人就诊时间和次数,提高了工作效率。
Objective To observe the short-term outcomc of one-appointmcnt Vitapex root canal treatment. Methods A total ot 324 tecth needing root canal treatment were selected arid dividcd into two groups at random, i.e. trial group treated with one-appointment Vitapex root canal treatment and control group with traditional method. Thc pain conditions of the two groups were observed within onc wcck, as well as their therapeutic outcomes thrcc and six months after opcration. Results The.re was no differonce in postoperative response within onc week hetwecn the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） , and their therapeutic outcomes ihrce and six months after operation were the same according to follow-up （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Vitapcx by means of one-appointment root canal treatment earn shorten therapeutic period, decreasc thc patients＇ visiting time and frequency, and itzercase the treatment effiracy.
