摘要
运用问卷调查的方法对京津地区部分消防队员进行了抽样调查,对调查结果进行了分析,通过调查了解了消防队员的心理健康情况,探讨了工作应激对消防队员心理健康的影响,并提出了建议。
Sampling inquiry was used in the study.The result was analyzed to understand the psychological conditions of some fire fighters in Beijing and Tianjin.Based on the analysis,the effect of job stress on the psychological well-being of the fire fighters has been studied.Some problems have been revealed and some suggestions have been given.
