摘要
目的:观察补气益肾活血治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将131例颈椎间盘突出症患者随机分为补气益肾活血汤治疗组66例,颈痛灵药酒对照组65例,分别于治疗4周后观察颈背肩疼痛、头痛头晕、上肢麻木、颈部板硬活动受限、臂丛牵拉、压头实验阳性等症状变化,同时检查血、尿、大便常规及肝肾功能,记录不良反应。结果:补气益肾活血汤治疗组临床症状显著改善,各项观察指标与对照组比较P<0.01,治疗期间未发现不良反应。结论:补气益肾活血汤治疗颈椎间盘突出症安全、有效。
Objective ：To observe the clinic effect of cervical disc protrusion treated by tisane of benefiting qi invigorating kidney promoting blood. Mehtods ：131 patients were separated for 2 groups at random, treatment group（ having 66 patients treated by the tisane of benefiting qi invigorating kidney promoting blood）and comparison group（ having 65 patients treated by JingTonghng medicinal liquor）. To abserve the variation of the pain in neck and shoulder, Dizziness, Cervical spondylosis, experiment of brachial plexus and to reexamine blood routine examination, emiction routine examination, defecate routine examination, liver function and kidney founction at one time 4 weeks later, then to note the untoward reaction. Results ：the clinical symptom of the treatment grop improved patency after treatment,the result of the observed items which treatment group compare with the contrast group is P 〈 0.05. There are no untoward reactions. Conclusions ：It＇s safety and effective that cervical disc protrusion treated by tisane of benefiting qi invigorating kidney promoting blood.
