摘要
知识经济时代对高校图书馆员的综合素质包括专业知识水平、工作技能、管理能力等方面都提出了更高要求。接受继续教育是完善图书馆员知识结构、提高馆员自身整体素质的有效途径。本文就信息时代高校图书馆员继续教育的内容和形式进行了论述和探讨。
The age of knowledge -based economy puts higher demand on the comprehensive qualities of librarians including academic knowledge, working skill, and management skill, etc.. To get continuing education is an effective way for librarians to improve their knowledge structure and integral quality. The paper discusses the content and forms of the continuing education for the librarian in colleges and universities in the information age.
