摘要
在６０例排粪造影基础上，从盆底Ｘ线解剖学划线入手，对Ｓｈａｆｉｋ的盆底肌功能理论进行检验，结果表明：肛提肌并无提肛功能，反而有限制提肛作用，该肌在会阴下移时以等长收缩将三肌袢拉离肛管，使肛管处于自由状态。耻骨直肠肌不仅具有括约肛管作用，还是真正的提肛肌。肛门外括约肌并无蠕动性排便作用，其收缩程度将影响肛管的开放及开放程度。肛门内括约肌的非随意关闭肛管作用与外括约肌收缩程度无关。
Shafik's theory was examined by delimiting the pelvic floor with photogrammetry of defecation in 60 subjects. The result showed that:①The levator ani muscle will draw away the external sphincter and the puborectalis muscle when perineum descending by equal long contraction, this makes the internal sphincter on the free state;② The puborectal muscle is the real muscle of lifting the anal canal and the perineum.
