TRAIL耐药及联合用药

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(tumornecrosisfactor—relatedapoptosisinducingligand,TRAIL)的发现为人类治疗肿瘤开辟了一条新的途径,其选择性诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的特性使之成为目前肿瘤研究领域的热点。本文将对其分子特点、诱导肿瘤凋亡和肿瘤细胞抵抗凋亡的机制、TRAIL联合用药的策略做一综述。
