摘要
虽然螺旋折流板管壳式换热器因其低压降、无滞留区、防结垢等性能在冷换工艺流程中得到广泛应用,但在较大直径换热器运行中出现换热效率低于计算结果的现象,其原因是两块相接折流板,由于简单对接而出现三角区短路现象,此短路分流了主螺旋流道介质流量,减少介质流速,影响雷诺数,所以严重削弱了壳程膜传热效率。文章介绍了一种改进型防短路螺旋折流板管壳式换热器,改进后的结构阻断了短路,使全部介质经理想的螺旋通道以达到良好的换热效果。另外由于其局部重叠的支撑结构很好地解决了管束中激振破坏管子的问题。
Though the spiral-baffle-plate shell-tube heat exchanger is widely used in cooling exchanging process because of its low pressure drop,non retaining area and fouling proof,the heat exchanging efficiency of heat exchanger in great diameter was lower than that of calculation,the reason that short circuit was created in triangle area from two adjacent baffle plates in simple butt-joint,which distributed the mass flow of main spiral flow path,decreased mass velocity,influences on Reynolds number,all of these would seriously impact on the heat transfer efficiency of shell pass film.A reformed anti short circuit spiral baffle-plate shell-tube heat exchanger is introduced in this article,which has interdicted the short circuit,all the medium flow through ideal spiral flow paths to provide a good effect of heat exchanging.In addition,the partially lapped supporting structure solved the problem of tubes damaged from tube bundle violent vibration.
