摘要
醇胺溶液发泡是影响天然气脱硫装置平稳运行的主要原因之一。胺液发泡会带来诸如雾沫夹带、净化气中硫化氢含量超标等一系列问题,并可能造成严重经济损失。文章分析了泡沫产生的条件、泡沫稳定的基本因素、引起醇胺溶液发泡的原因,提出了相应的解决措施。工业上采用的主要措施有:原料气分离、溶解过滤、添加消泡剂、定期抽检和防止设备腐蚀等。
Alkanolamine solution foaming has been described as the one of the main operational problems encountered in natural gas processing plants.The content of hydrogen sulfide of cleansed gas goes beyond the standard,serious economic loss that can be directly attributed to amine foaming.This article analyzes Alkanolamine solution foaming conditions and the essential facts stabilizing foam as well as the reasons that make Alkanolamine solution foaming,and gives corresponding solving measures those were material gas separating,dissolving and filtrating,anticorrosion for equipments,and so on.
