摘要
高强度灰铸铁件飞轮和飞轮壳的生产技术可以归纳为:选取适宜的化学成分,并注意各元素之间的合理匹配,即w(C)2.9%~3.1%,w(Si)1.5%~1.8%,w(Mn)0.9%~1.2%,w(P)<0.06%,w(S)0.02%~0.04%;采用合理的熔炼和浇注工艺,其中飞轮类铸件浇注温度为1 370~1 320℃,飞轮壳类铸件浇注温度为1 410~1 360℃;选用新型高效孕育剂、多次孕育等措施,强化孕育效果,改善铸件的基体组织和石墨形态;采用多元低合金化,提高铸件性能。
The production technology of high strength gray iron flywheel and flywheel housing was summarized as follows: optimizing chemical composition and paying attention to the reasonable matching of elements, i.e.: w (C) 2.9% -3.1%, w(Si) 1.5%-1.8%,w(Mn) 0.9%-1.2%, w(P)〈0.06%,w(S) 0.02%-0.04%;adopting proper melting and pouring processes such as the pouring temperature for flywheels castings of 1 370-1 320 ℃, and 1 410-1 360 ℃for flywheel housings castings; adopting high efficient inoculant, and intensifying the inoculation effect with multiple inoculation treatments to improve matrix structure and graphite morphology; alloying the cast iron with multiple elements to increase mechanical properties of the casting.
