摘要
采用灵芝作为富硒的载体,进行富硒灵芝液态深层发酵实验,研究灵芝对无机硒的生物转化能力。利用正交实验设计,对富硒灵芝液态深层发酵条件如摇床转速、接种量、pH等进行了优化。结果表明,灵芝能在含有低浓度亚硒酸钠(50~200mg/kg)的培养基中生长,并在菌丝体内富集硒。在优化的发酵条件下,富硒灵芝菌丝体干质量为38.0g/L,菌丝体硒含量为1568μg/g,总富硒量为59584μg/L。
Submerged culture of selenium accumulation in Ganoderma lucidum were carried out to study capacity for bioconversion of inorganic selenium to organic selenium. The fermentation conditions such as shaking speed, inoculum concentration and pH were optimized by orthogonal experiment design. Results shows that Ganoderma lucidum can grow under low concentration of sodium selenite from 50-200mg/kg and selenium is accumulated in mycelia. Under the optimum fermentation conditions, the dry weight of selenium accumulation in Ganoderma lucidum is 38.0g/L, the selenium content of mycelia is 1568μg/g, and the total amount of accumulation selenium is 59584μg per liter broth.
