摘要 目的:了解电子废物拆解区儿童的血铅和智力情况。方法:选择贵屿镇85名3~6岁儿童(暴露组)和邻近陈店镇51名同年龄段儿童(对照组)为研究对象,取静脉血测铅浓度;用瑞文标准推理测验测定儿童智力水平;自制家庭背景调查表了解儿童家庭情况。结果:暴露组血铅水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);暴露组3~4岁年龄段儿童智力明显低于对照组(P<0.05),5~6岁段智力和对照组无统计学意义。血铅、家庭因子和智测得分的相关分析结果显示儿童血铅水平对智力有影响。结论:电子废物拆解区的铅污染已经影响了当地儿童的血铅水平,并对儿童智力产生了一定影响。 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the intelligence and blood lead levels of children in electronic waste recycling area. Eighty-five children(aged from 3 to 6, exposure group)lived at Guiyu town and 51 children(aged from 3 to 6)lived at its neighbor town( Chendian town)were chosen to test their blood lead levels by graphite atomizer absorption spectrophotometer and the intelligence by Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices and the family background by the family status's questionnaires. Results: Children's blood lead level in the exposure groups was significantly higher than that of control group. The intelligence level in the exposure group(aged from 3 to 4 )was lower than that of control group at the same age. But the intelligence level of children aged from 5 to 6 had no statistical significance between two areas. Conclusion: Children in electronic waste recycling area burden a high blood level, which might impede the children's intelligence development.
