摘要
目的观察糖皮质激素骨质疏松大鼠灌服抗疏健骨颗粒后骨密度和血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)的变化,进一步探讨抗疏健骨颗粒防治骨质疏松症的作用机理。方法使用抗疏健骨颗粒对糖皮质激素所致SD大鼠骨质疏松进行不同剂量的治疗,并与模型对照组、骨康治疗组进行对比,用SPA单光子骨密度仪对大鼠右股骨进行骨密度(BMD)检测,用酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠血清IL-6含量。结果抗疏健骨颗粒可提高骨质疏松大鼠右股骨骨密度;可明显降低血清IL-6含量,与模型对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),并且其作用与剂量呈正相关。结论抗疏健骨颗粒可能是通过降低血清IL-6含量,抑制破骨细胞的活性,增加骨密度,达到治疗糖皮质激素所致骨质疏松症的作用。
Objective: To observe the changes of bone mineral and serum interlukin - 6 of rats with osteoporosis caused by glucocorticoid for furthering discussion of Kang Shu Jian Gu grannules'mechanism of preventing and treating osteoporosis. Methods: Treating SD rats with osteoporosis ca used by glucocorticoid with different doses of glucocorticoid, comparing with the model control group, Gu Kang therapeutic group, using SPA single - photon bone densimeter to determine the bone mineral of the right femur of rats. Enzyme - liked immunosorbent assay is used to determine the content of serum IL - 6 in rats. Results: Kang Shu Jian Gu granules could improve the bone mineral of the right femur of rats with osteoporosis, and could obviously reduce the content of serum IL - 6. Compared with the model control group, it has statistic significance (p 〈 0.01 or p 〈 0.05 ), and its effects positively correlated to the doses. Conclusion: It is probable that Kang Shu Jian Gu granules can inhibit and destruct the activity of osteoblasts and increase the desity of bone by decrease the content of serum IL - 6 to get the effect of treating osteoporosis caused by glucocorticoid.
