摘要
对于传递扭矩的渐开线齿形花键轴,采用冷挤压成形加工方法对其齿形部分进行近净成形加工是高效而经济的。在介绍渐开线花键冷挤压成形原理的基础上,对冷挤压坯件齿形部分的尺寸确定、加工质量和在冷挤压成形过程中的坯件定位、成形工艺参数等工艺问题进行了分析研究;对渐开线齿形花键模芯的齿形参数选取,模芯过渡段、挤压段和回程段的结构设计作了讨论。
The cold extruding process is one of the most economical and high efficiency technology for the gear shaft with involute-gear-tooth for transferring torque in automobile. Based on introducing the cold extrusion principle of involute-gear-tooth,the key technical problem including the dimensions and surface quality of extruding blank, choice of the main forming parameters and the fix of extruding blank in the cold extruding process, were analyzed .The choice of parameters of involute-gear-tooth for the die and the she structure of die with involute gear- tooth were describted
