摘要
目的:探讨妇康栓对老年性阴道炎阴道需氧菌的影响,揭示中药栓剂对失调阴道菌群的修复功能。方法:确诊为老年性阴道炎的患者纳入本实验,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对实验前后的阴道需氧菌进行定量的测定,采用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果:疗前两组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);疗后两组葡萄球菌比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.01),需氧菌数比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),大肠杆菌比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。提示:妇康栓对阴道致病菌或条件致病菌有明显的生长抑制作用。结论:妇康栓对老年性阴道炎的治疗作用与其对阴道局部微生态调节作用密切相关。
Objectives： To discuss about fukangshuan＇s impact on aeromicrobe on the patients who suffer from the disease of senile vaginitis ,to demonstrate the repair function on vagina＇s florae uder the imbalance. Method： Devidng the patients who are diagnosed as senile vaginitis into blank group and cure group in radiom. Measure vagina＇s aeromicrobe quantitative both before and after the experiment,proceed statistics analyses use SPSS13.0. Results ：Each index value compared before the experiment have no statistical difference（ P 〉 0.05 ） ,the value of staphylococcal bacteria compared after the experiment have nothale satistical difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the number of aeromicrobe compared after the experiment have satistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the value of colibacillus compared after the experiment have no satistical difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Register ：Fukangshuan have the function of growthinhibiting either on pathogen or opportunistic pathogen. Conclusion： The therapeutic action of fukangshuan have close relate to it＇s regulating function on the micro - ecology in vagina.
