摘要
对新疆6个牛场采集的304份奶牛乳房炎阳性奶样进行了金黄色葡萄球菌分离鉴定,分离率为29.2%。挑选64株菌进行了生长特性、生化、药物敏感性、致病力以及免疫原性研究。结果显示,这些菌株菌呈现α或α、β溶血,过氧化氢酶和凝固酶阳性;多数菌株对常用抗生素不敏感;75%的菌株生化反应为733720型,染色体DNA为16512bp;不同菌株的免疫原性差异很大,而且存在较广泛的交叉凝集。
Staphylococcus aureus was isolated and identified from 304 mastitis positive milk samples collected from 6 dairy farms in Xinjiang, and the isolation rate was 29.2%. Growth characteristic, biochemistry, antibiotic sensitivity, pathogenicity, and immunogenicity were detected with selected 64 strains. Results shown that all of the strains had α or α and βhemolysis,both catalase and coagulase were positive and 75% strains were 733720 type. In antibiotic sensitivity detection, most of the strains were not sensitive to common used antibiotics. Chromosome DNA of all test strains had a 16512bp band. Great diversity of immunogenicity existed and broad across, agglutination was found in test strains.
