摘要
根据某加热炉的控制要求,设计出一种PID控制与模糊控制相结合的智能控制系统。采用Fuzzy-PID复合控制算法,具有模糊控制灵活、响应快、适应性强等优点,又具有PID控制精度高的特点。该系统采用PLC作为控制系统的核心,通过对偏差的智能化处理,以及引入最大最小限幅值,智能分段控制等概念,实现对数学模型不确定的控制对象的满意控制,使系统具有可靠性高、使用寿命长等适合实际工业现场的特性。
Based on real temperature control system, this paper designs an intelligent control system with PID control and fuzzy control. It has some adaptive abilities, that is, strong robustness and stability, and can be applied in the system which is difficult to be built as an exact mathematical model. It is realized by PLC programmer language, compared with by SCM, it has some performances that suit to industrial fields such as better dependability and a longer use-span.
