摘要
潜在胜任力与软件技术人员的工作绩效密切相关,但由于其难以评估与测量,所以很少在企业中获得有效应用。本文在分析、界定软件工程师工作的基础上,运用BEI方法(行为事件访谈法)与因子分析的方法对软件工程师潜在胜任力特征进行了实证研究,并得到了关于软件工程师潜在胜任力的五项特征,即:成就导向,思维能力,团队协作,主动性,坚韧性。最后,针对研究结果,说明了在管理实践中的建议。
The potential competency is relative to the performance of software engineers; however it is difficult to measure, and is rarely used in enterprises. Based on the analysis and definition of the software engineer work, using Behavior Event Interview (BEI) method and principal component method, the potential competency features of software engineer are explored, five characters of potential competency about software engineer are obtained. They are achievement orientation, ideation, collaboration, initiative, and diligence. Finally, some suggestions in the application are put forward.
