专利情报分析是高技术企业专利战略制定的基础。本文建立了高技术企业专利战略框架体系,并对各种专利策略内容及专利情报分析在其中的作用进行了详细的论述,目的在于引导我国高技术企业专利战略的制定,为提高企业核心竞争力和推动自主知识产权创新服务。
The patent intelligence analysis is the basis for developing patent strategy for high - tech enterprise. The framework of patent strategy of high - tech enterprise is constructed and its content as well as the relation between patent strategy and patent intelligence analysis is studied systematically, in order to induct the development of patent strategy for high -tech enterprise and provide service for the improvement of enterprise core competitiveness and self - innovation of intellectual property.
