硼和赤霉素对提高色买提杏座果率和果实品质的初步研究 被引量:21

摘要 试验在色买提杏花蕾膨大期喷施(0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)硼和盛花期喷施(50、100和150 mg/L)赤霉素,结果表明:硼、赤霉素均可显著提高色买提杏的座果率,其中硼以0.1%的浓度最好,赤霉素以100 mg/L的浓度最好;硼、赤霉素还能明显提高色买提杏果实品质,果实可溶性固形物和硬度均与对照差异显著,赤霉素对单果重、果形指数、侧径有明显的增大趋势,而硼的作用不明显,这与它们不同的作用机理有重要的关系。 The experiment is carried out to spray ( 0.1%, 0.3 %, 0.5 % ) boron in period of bud expanding and to spray (50,100 和 150 mg/L) GA in bloom period for apricot variety Semati.The result indicated that boron and GA may obviously enhance the fruit setting of Semafi apricot. Set percentage of Semati apricot can be obviously enhanced by using Boron of best concentration 0.1% and GA of best concentration 100 mg/L. The fruk quality of Semati apricot also can be obviously improved by Boron and GA. There is significant difference between soluble brix and hardness of fruit and the control. GA is markedly useful to increase weight of single fruit, the fruit shape index and the side diameter, but Bomn's function to those is not obvious. This different effect has the important relationship with the different action mechanism
