摘要
从落实科学发展观的高度,根据国家"节能减排"任务和目标,论述了吉林省实现"节能减排"的具体途径,即加快产业结构调整,大力推行清洁生产,积极发展循环经济,加强社会监督和公众参与。
In this study, on the aspect of implementing the scientific concept of development, the channels of energy saving and reducing emissions of pollutants in Jilin province were discussed, based on the national requirement. These would be accelerating the readjustment of the industrial structure, implementing clean production, developing circular economy, promoting social supervision and public participation.
