摘要
论述了视频监控技术的发展现状,以及如何采用基于互联网的远程数字视频监控技术实现对远程异地施工项目施工现场的实时监控。结果表明,利用计算机网络实现数字视频监控可使人们能以最简单、最逼真、最安全的方式进行远距离实时监控,以推广该技术的应用。
The following paper discusses the development condition of video supervisory and control technique, introduces the way to carry out real-time monitoring of long-distance ex sltu construction project＇ s job site using long-distance digital video supervisory and control technique based on internet, and shows that using computer network to fulfill digital video supervisory and control can make man carry out long-distance real-time monitoring in the most simple, most vivid and safest way, in order to popularize the application of this technique.
