构建中国的能源-经济-环境系统评价模型 被引量:22

摘要 能源-经济-环境综合评价模型(3E模型)是开展国家能源系统规划的重要工具,中国在模型实际开发方面还落后于世界先进水平。该文根据国际流行的建模思路,构造了混合式3E模型TH-3EM(清华能源-经济-环境混合评价模型),利用可计算一般均衡模块描述经济系统整体,应用跨时段能源系统优化模块描述能源系统微观细节,通过在2个模块间建立双向闭合连接,描述能源系统与经济系统之间的互动关系,并保证模块结果的一致性。 Integrated energy economy-environment(3E) assessment models are widely used to analyze comprehensive problems in energy systems for designing national energy development strategies. However, China lags behind international development in such models work. This paper presents a Chinese integrated energy-economy-environment assessment model, Tsinghua hybrid energy-economy-environment model (TH-3EM). The model includes a computable general equilibrium module for analyzing the economic structure at some special time points, an inter-temperal energy system optimization module for Calculating the detailed roadmaps of technologies development in energy system, and a link module for building the bidirectional connections between the economic model and the energy model to keep the consistency of two models in describing the energy sector production and the end use energy consumption in balance.
