摘要
目的探讨成人斯蒂尔病(AOSD)的临床特点。方法回顾性分析24例经临床确诊的AOSD患者的临床表现和实验室检查结果。结果AOSD的临床主要表现为发热、多形性皮疹、关节痛、咽痛、淋巴结肿大、白细胞总数增高、血沉加快、类风湿因子和抗核抗体阴性及血清铁蛋白明显升高。结论AOSD临床表现无特异性,容易误诊,诊断时应排除其他发热性疾病;发热、皮疹、关节疼痛和白细胞升高是AOSD的主要临床特点,血清铁蛋白可作为疾病活动性指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of adult onset Still＇s disease （AOSD）. Methods The clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations of 24 patients with AOSD were analyzed and summarized in clinical view of point with reviewing articles. Results Major clinical features included fever,cutaneous eruption,arthralgias, sore throat,lymphadenopathy,elevation of leucocytes,elevation of erythrocyte sedimentation rates,negative rheumatoid factor and antinuelear antibodies, hyperferritinemia. Conclusion Clinical features of AOSD are not typical. It is easy to make a misdiagnosis. To confirm the diagnosis,other fever-related diseases must be excluded. Fever, rash, arthralgia and leukocytosis are main clinical features of AOSD. Serum ferritin can be an index of activity of diseases.
