摘要
本文通过对江苏、河南、湖南159名创业农民的随机创业能力问卷调查,分析了新形势下农民创业能力及其来源。总体上,我国农民创业能力水平不高,具备很高创业能力和非常不具备创业能力的农民数量都不大,这种趋势表明,一方面,创业农民的层次不高,他们的创业处于初级阶段;另一方面,创业农民还有巨大的创业潜力。在农民创业能力来源上,大部分农民的创新能力处于良好和一般水平;合作能力和坚韧能力表现良好。
Based on the paper survey of random entrepreneurial capacity about 159 entrepreneurial farmers in Jiangsu,Henan and Hunan provinces,this paper analyses the entrepreneurial capacity and its sources of farmers in new rural construction.In the mass,the level of farmers'entrepreneurial capacities in our country is not high,and the number of peasants who have very high entrepreneurial capacities and the number of peasants who don't have such abilities both are not large.This trend shows that on the one hand,our entrepreneurial farmers are low-level and their ventures are still in the initial stage;On the other hand,entrepreneurial farmers have tremendous entrepreneurial potential.As the sources of farmer entrepreneurial capacity,the innovative abilities of majority farmers are in good and general levels;their abilities of cooperation and diligency are also in good performance
