摘要
通过对中美两国大学生心理健康教育现状的比较研究,提出我国高校心理健康教育和存在的问题主要是机构不健全和师资力量薄弱。建议我国高校心理健康教育的重点应从加强高校心理学服务机构的建设、增强高校心理健康教育专业人员的培养、加大现有人力资源的利用和加强学生的自我保健教育四个方面入手。
Through a comparative study of the current situation of university students education on mental health in China and America, the author finds that the organization is not sound and quality of faculty is not strong in China. It presents four important suggestions such as constructing psychology service institution in university, improving the training of personnel of mental health, increasing the power of utilizing the available human resources and strengthening students＂ ego -health care education as well.
