摘要
为改善螺纹牙不合理的载荷分布,应用有限元方法对螺纹联接进行参数化建模,根据各螺纹牙的受力情况,对螺母螺纹牙的形状进行了改进,即改变螺母螺纹牙厚的设计。仿真结果表明,此方法可使螺栓轴向最大应力值降低5%以上,并有效地改善了应力分布。文中还对旋合长度对螺栓轴向应力分布的影响也进行了研究,为螺母高度的设计提供了参考。
In order to improve the unreasonable load distribution of screw thread, parametric model of screw thread connection is built and the shape of nut thread is improved by using Finite Element Analysis method according to the thread teeth of the force. The simulation results show that this method can reduce maximal axial stress by more than 5%, and it observably improves stress distribution. At the same time, the relationship between screwing length and axial stress distribution of bolt screw thread is studied, which offers reference to the design of nut height.
