摘要
采用硼酸和甘油为原料合成硼酸双甘酯(DGB),以乙二醇和三氯氧磷为原料合成二乙二醇基磷酰氯(DDYP);将DGB与DDYP进一步反应,生成水溶性含磷有机硼多功能阻燃剂(DGB-DDYP)。结果表明,在添加交联剂的情况下,涤纶织物经DGB-DDYP整理后具有较好的阻燃、抗静电和抗菌等性能,但耐久性不理想;将封端基水性聚氨酯与该整理剂及棉纤维发生交联反应,可赋予棉织物耐久的阻燃和抗菌等性能。
Diglycerol boric acid ester (DGB) was prepared by boric acid and glycerol, and diglycol group phosphorus acyl chlorine (DDYP) was prepared by glycol and phosphorus oxychloride, further reaction of DGB with DDYP produced water-based phosphorus-contained organoboron agent (DGB-DDYP). Application experiments of DGB-DDYP on polyester and cotton fabrics were carried out. The experimental results showed that the combination of DGB-DDYP and crossiinking agent could impart polyester fabric good flame retardance, antistatic and antibacterial properties, but durability was poor. However, the crosslinking reaction occurred among water-based blocked polyurethane and DGB-DDYP and cotton fiber under certain situation, could make cotton fabric have durable flame retardant and antibacterial properties.
