神经递质对神经干细胞增殖、分化的影响

摘要 神经干细胞(neural stem cell,NSC)是具有高度自我更新能力和多项分化潜能的神经前体细胞。它能最终分化形成神经元、星形胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞,因此对治疗神经退行性疾病和损伤有着广阔的应用前景,目前已成为神经系统领域的研究热点。神经递质不仅介导神经元之间和神经元与效应器之间的信息传递,而且作为细胞外微环境的一员,也参与了神经干细胞的增殖和分化。近年来,人们对神经递质在NSC增殖分化的调节因素、调控机制方面做了大量的工作,取得了一些研究成果,本文仅就此问题的研究进展综述如下。
