用压汞法分析工业半焦的孔隙结构特征 被引量:26

摘要 为了了解工业半焦的孔隙结构特征,为其作为脱硫脱氮吸附剂的性能评价和活化改性提供依据,收集了具有典型代表性的工业半焦样品并对这些样品进行了元素分析和工业分析。选取粒径约在2.36~3.35mm之间的样品颗粒运用Pore Master-60型压汞仪对其进行了孔隙结构分析。分析结果表明:工业半焦在未经活化改性时,其孔隙结构尚不发达,在给定测试条件下,样品的孔隙率在12%~23%之间,孔客在0.05~0.15cm^3/g之间,比表面积在6.6~14m^2/g之间。孔隙分布特征体现出一些共性,但不同的半焦样品因煤种和半焦生产工艺的差异其孔隙特征参数亦有较大的差异。 In order to find out the characteristics of pore structure of semi-cokes for which can be activated and modified effectively, some semi-coke samples which comes from different regions were collected. Proximate analysis and ultimate analysis to the samples were made. The semi-coke particles with diameters of 2.36-3.35mm were selected to be tested in PoreMaster-60. The results indicate that the porosity of the samples are between 12 % -23%, volume of pores are about 0.05--0.15cm^3/g, and the specific surface area are about 6.6-14m^2/g under the conditions men- tioned above, Pore distribution have some common characters, but the great differences of the pore structure exist among these samples.
