摘要
本文介绍了一种适合环面滚珠蜗杆的磨削方法以及设计出的相应的磨削装置。根据齿轮啮合原理和滚珠螺旋传动的设计准则可知,采用该方法磨削的环面滚珠蜗杆与滚珠之间可达到或接近滚珠螺旋传动的最佳接触。
This paper introduces a way suitable for grinding ball globoidworm, and a design for the corresponding grinding device. Accordingto the principle of gear engagement and the design criterion of theball helical transmission, the ball globoid worm grinded by this waycan get or is close to the optimum contact with ball.
