摘要
在城市垃圾的处理工作中,垃圾分选机的设计与生产的作用非常重要,文中运用虚拟样机技术,进行了生产效率5≤Q≤10t/h垃圾振动分选机的设计。运用ADAMS和MDT对产品进行动力学与运动学的仿真分析,并生成效果图,大大简化了设计开发过程,获得了优化和创新的设计产品。
Dealing with municipal waste, the design and produce of waste separators is very important. Using virtual prototype skill, the author designs the waste separator with the production rate 5 ≤Q≤ 10 tones per hour. Use ADAMS and MDT to analyse the dynamics anti kinematics of produces, and to make the impression picture, so that the development process of design is shortcut greatly. The product is optimized and innovative designed.
