摘要
目的了解单纯性肥胖青少年营养知识、态度与饮食行为状况,为肥胖儿童营养教育提供依据。方法单纯性肥胖青少年120例,分为低龄组(7-11岁)36人、中龄组(12-14岁)49人、高龄组(15-18岁)35人,选择同期90例正常青少年作为对照组,采用KAB问卷方式进行营养知识、态度和饮食行为调查。结果肥胖青少年营养知识平均得分为(10.79±2.99)分(满分34分),态度平均得分为(8.16±1.88)分(满分17分),行为平均得分为(6.11±1.75)分(满分15分);对照组青少年营养知识平均得分为(11.35±3.43)分,态度平均得分为(12.20±3.29)分,行为平均得分为(9.70±2.81)分。2组态度和行为得分差异均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.01)。肥胖青少年营养知识的来源由高到低依次为社会、家庭和学校,对照组则为学校、社会、家庭,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2组青少年食用零食情况差异亦有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论对肥胖青少年进行营养教育、提高营养知识水平、纠正不正确的态度,已刻不容缓。
Objective To investigate the nutritional knowledge, attitude and dietary behaviors of simple obese teenagers, and to provide evidence for nutritional education among obese children. Methods 120 simple obese teenagers were divided into three groups, of which 36 were 7- 11 years old (low age group), 49 were 12 - 14 years old (middle age group), 35 were 15 - 18 years old (high age goup). At the same time, 90 normal healthy teenagers were selected as control goup. All of the teenagers were surveyed with a questionnaire. Resalts In the study goup, the average score of nutritional knowledge was 10.79 ±2. 991 the total was 341, the average score for attitude was 8.16 ±1.88 (the total was 17 ), the average score for behavior was 6.11±1.75 (the total was 15). In the control goup, the scores in turn was 11.35 ± 3.43,12.20 ± 3.29, 9.70 ± 2.81. There were statistical significance in attitude and behavior between the two groups( P 〈 0.01 ). Obesity children's nutritional knowledge came from social, family and school, and the controls' came from school, the social and family, with statistical significance( P 〈 0.05). Statistical significance was also found in snacks intake between the two goups( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is urgent to give the obesity adolescents nutritional education, so as to improve nutritional knowledge.
