牡蛎汤对免疫性肝损伤小鼠肝组织NO、IL-2和TNF-α的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究牡蛎汤对小鼠免疫性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:利用卡介苗(BCG)和联合脂多糖LPS诱发小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,观察牡蛎汤对小鼠免疫性肝损伤肝组织NO、IL-2、和TNF-α含量的影响。并取肝组织做病理学观察。结果:牡蛎汤可使免疫性肝损伤小鼠肝组织NO、IL-2和TNF-α含量显著降低。结论:牡蛎汤对小鼠免疫性肝损伤有较好的保护作用。
