附桂骨痛胶囊对T淋巴细胞转化影响的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过附桂骨痛胶囊对胶原诱导性关节炎(C IA)小鼠T淋巴细胞转化影响的实验研究,初步探讨附桂骨痛胶囊对骨性关节炎治疗作用机理。方法建立成年ICR小鼠胶原诱导性关节炎,通过MTT法测取小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化率。结果通过统计学处理,该药能够明显降低小鼠T淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05)。结论附桂骨痛胶囊调节抗进的T淋巴细胞反应性,降低增值能力,可能是该药治疗骨性性关节炎机理之一。 Objective By experimental study of the effects of Fu Gui Gu Tong capsules on the transformation of T - lymphocytes of mice with collagen induced arthritis ( CIA ) to probe into the mechanism of Fu Gui Gu Tong capsules in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods Arthritis was induced with collagen in adult ICR mice, and the transformation rates of lymphocytes in the spleen of the mice were determined with MTT. Results After statistical management, it was proved that this medicine could obviously decrease the transformation rates of T - lymphocytes in mice ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Fu Gui Gu Tong capsules can adjust the reaction of hyperfunctioned T -lymphocytes, and reduce its proliferative ability, which may be one of its mechanisms for treating osteoarthritis.
