摘要
通过正交试验研究了超临界CO2萃取荆芥挥发油的最佳工艺条件,利用GC-MS联用技术对荆芥挥发油化学成分及相对含量进行测定。结果表明,萃取荆芥挥发油最佳工艺条件为萃取压力25 MPa、萃取温度45℃、萃取时间100 min、CO2流量为30 kg/h。在最佳工艺条件时,荆芥挥发油得率为1.316 3%。荆芥挥发油的主要成分为胡薄荷酮和薄荷酮。此外,还发现了荆芥挥发油中含有二氢茉莉酮、土曲霉酮等成分。为了提纯荆芥挥发油,首次采用了二级分离法。与一级分离法相比,二级分离法能够有效降低荆芥挥发油中不饱和脂肪酸及其酯的含量,显著提高胡薄荷酮和薄荷酮的含量。
Orthogonal test of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction was carried out to obtain optimum condition as follows: pressure 25 MPa, temperature 45℃,time 100 minutes, flow rate of CO2 30 kg/h. The yield of volatile oil 1. 316 3%. GC-MS was used to analyze the components and determine their content. It showed that the main components of volatile oil from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. are pulegone and menthone. However, dihydrojasmone and terrein which had never been reported in surveyed literature have been identified. It was the first time to use two-step separation method to purify the volatile oil from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.. The result showed that by using two-step method, the content of the unsaturated fat acid and its ester from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. decreased effectively. It was also seen that the content of pulegone and menthone increased dramatically compared to one-step method. Therefore, two-step method is a good method for purifying volatile oil from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.. It can be used in industries.
