摘要 转炉耳轴轴承维修、更换极为困难,因而目前很多钢厂采用剖分轴承作为转炉用耳轴轴承以简化轴承更换维修程序。探讨了常见剖分轴承的结构形式以及它们的适用范围。根据安钢120吨转炉主机的结构特性,选定剖分轴承的结构形式为螺纹联结结构。因采用螺纹联结结构的主要原因在于安装空间位置的限制,使得轴承内部结构尺寸变化,影响了轴承的承载能力,故本文分析了该轴承的主参数优化过程。另外,剖分轴承内外圈剖切后变形大,联结孔淬火孔的精度难以控制。因而本文也对工艺过程中的一些注意事项进行了说明。 Mounting and dismounting of ball socketed bearings are quite difficult. Hence, Split bearings are widely used in converter. Procedure of mounting and dismounting of bearings can be greatly simplified while split bearings are adopted.Common structures of split bearing and their applicability are discussed in this paper. Based on architectural characteristics of host machine, threaded connection is used in the bearings. Obviously, inner structure parameters varies while this structure is involved and, bearing capacity various as well. Therefore, optimizing process of main parameters is emphasized in this paper. In addition, deforming of inner and outer ring is explicit when split bearing is subdivided. Hence, some business should be noticed in technical process are expressed in this paper.
