摘要
档案信息资源是国家信息资源的重要组成部分,要高度重视档案信息资源的开发与利用。在数字化时代的背景下,提高档案工作者的素质和优化馆藏结构、提高馆藏的利用效率是加快档案信息资源开发的重要途径。
The archival information resources are an important part of government information resources, and therefore have to be attached great importance to. To enhance the quality of the archival workers, optimize the structure of the collection, and improve the efficiency of the collection are the important methods to accelerate the development and utilization of archives resources.
