辣椒连作障碍机制初探及其下茬作物的初选 被引量:35

Elementary Study on Continuous Cropping Obstacle Mechanism of Red Pepper and Preliminary Selection for its Next-stubble Crops

摘要 以萝卜、豌豆和辣椒种子为受体,初步研究了辣椒不同部位、不同浓度的水浸液的化感作用。结果表明:在相同的浓度下,辣椒叶的自毒作用最强,根次之,茎最弱;与对照相比,所有部位的辣椒水浸液对萝卜种子的萌发均无显著影响,对萝卜幼苗的根长均表现出抑制作用,并且随着水浸液浓度的增加,其抑制作用增强,并达到了显著水平;所有部位的辣椒水浸液对豌豆种子的萌发和幼苗生长均表现出抑制作用,并且随着浓度的增加,其抑制效应在增强,而在同一浓度下,辣椒水浸液对豌豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响强度顺序为叶>根>茎。综合其对3种蔬菜作物种子萌发和幼苗生长影响的考虑,初步选定萝卜为辣椒轮作的最佳下茬作物。 Allelopathy of red pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) with different parts (root, stem and leaf) aqueous extracts at different concentrations (0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 g/L) was studied and garden pea (Arachis hypogaea L.) and Chinese radish (Daucus carota L.) seeds were as the accepted bodies. The results showed that of autotoxicity of red pepper leaves was the strongest at the same concentration, that of root took second place and that of stem was the weakest. Compared with the control, aqueous extracts with all parts of red pepper did not significantly influence the seed germination of Chinese radish and inhibited root length of Chinese radish seedling. Furthermore, inhibition enhanced with the increase in concentration of aqueous extracts and reached significant level. Aqueous extracts with all parts of red pepper inhibited seed germination of garden pea and seedling growth (root length and seedling length) and inhibition enhanced with the increase in concentration of aqueous extracts. The effect order of red pepper aqueous extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of garden pea was leaf〉root〉stem. By comprehensive thought about the effect of red pepper aqueous extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of three vegetable crops, Chinese radish was preliminarily selected as the optimal next-stubble crop for red pepper rotation.
