摘要
取得高技术领域出口竞争优势是发达国家和发展中国家政策关注的焦点。自20世纪90年代中期以来。中国高技术产品出口取得了飞速的发展。对国有、三资企业高技术产品出口绩效的比较分析显示：国有、三资高技术产品出口发展不平衡，在大多数领域三资企业明显优于国有企业，但在一些领域三资企业内销意图逐渐显露，国有企业外销倾向逐渐增强。
Achieving higher export competitiveness in the high technology industries is becoming the focus of policy attention in both developed and developing countries. Exports of hi-technical industry in our country have made great progress since the half of 1990s. This paper compares export performance of the state-owned enterprises and the foreign-invested enterprises in hi-technical industries, the collusion finds that it is highly imbalance and foreign-invested enterprises are superior to state-owned enterprises, but domestic marketing meaning of foreign-invested enterprises is increasing, and foreign market meaning of stated-owned enterprises became stronger in certain industries.
