摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢良性肿瘤的疗效。方法:回顾分析2003.01-2006.12期间腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢良性肿瘤25例。结果:25例均在腹腔镜下完成手术,手术平均时间30.2±10.5min、术中平均出血量40.3±18.6ml、平均住院日4.3±2.1d,术后无严重并发症。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗巨大卵巢良性肿瘤疗效肯定,安全。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the teatment of huge benign ovary tumour. Methods： Totally 25 cases of huge benign ovary tumour from Jan.2003 to Dec.2006 were retrospectively reviewed. Results： All the patients （surgerys） were accomplished under laparoscopy. The mean operating time was 30.2 ±10.5 min, the blood loss during the operation was 40.3 ± 18.6 ml, the mean duration of hospitalization was 4.3 ± 2.1 d. No severe complications were occured. Conclusion： Laparoscopic surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of huge benign ovary tumour.
