摘要
对滚子式水果自动分选机输送翻转机构进行了优化设计,使该机构能输送大小相差近一倍的水果,并使所有水果都以近似相同的角速度均匀翻转。求解了滚子的滚身母线方程,分析了各设计参数必须满足的条件,并给出了相应设计参数的优化设计方法。实际图像采集结果表明,在摄像机连续采集两幅图像的时间间隔内,大小相差近一倍的苹果在该机构上转过的角度近似相等。
A novel roller conveyor for automated fruits machine vision grader was developed, which can transport quasi-spherical fruits with different size while the fruits rotating with an approximately equal rotational speed, and can present the fruits to cameras for their entire surface inspection. And so, in the interval between two imaging of the image acquisition system, all fruits regardless of size will rotate an approximately equal angle. The generatrix equation of the rollers was deduced, the rules for selecting appropriate design parameters of the conveyor were analyzed, and the selection approach of the conveyor's design parameters was put forward. The image acquisition results showed that apples with diameters of 50-100 millimeters can rotate with an approximately equal rotational speed on the conveyor designed in this work.
